Apprenticeship Training Programme

We work hard to ensure our apprentices are the best they can be by the time they become a qualified technician, we take a long-term approach to hiring and training apprentices as we want them to become long term employees in our business.

We are proud to have previously been awarded Trainer of the year from polytechnic west, have had several finalists and one winner of the apprentice of the year award in the past 5 years. Our apprenticeship completion and retention rate is high, with many of previous apprentices now filling Senior Technician, Supervisor and Management roles in our business. We enjoy nothing more than seeing our apprentices grow, learn and thrive.
