The Brief
Install a light load chiller to a data centre for head contractor with a particular focus on strategy to ensure no downtime to chilled water supply, weight loading and space concerns whilst manoeuvring the equipment to the desired location.
The Result
A new plinth was constructed, and the light load chiller was successfully landed in place, all chiller pipework was installed and a successful cut in was performed over a coordinated scheduled shut down with additional valving also installed at this time to allow for connection of a temporary machine should this ever be required.
